How to Make Pineapple Cake Icing
- In a large sauce pan, cook the sugar, butter and evaporated milk for about 6 minutes on medium-high heat.
- Once thickened, add the pecans, coconut, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour over the Pineapple Cake once the cake and icing have cooled.
