A friend gave me this recipe and I believe she got it from an old issue of Southern Living Magazine. Everyone who likes pimientoe cheese, wants this recipe. It's a keeper!

Ingredients

2 - 8 oz blocks extra sharp cheddar cheese (shreaded)
1 - 8 oz block monteray jack with peppers (shreaded)
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 - 4 oz jar diced pimientoes (drained)
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

How To Make pimiento cheese

Step 1

Mix together. NOTE: If you really like a spicy pimientoe cheese, you can add 1 4.5 can chopped green chilies and cut back to 1 cup of mayonnaise.
