A friend gave me this recipe and I believe she got it from an old issue of Southern Living Magazine. Everyone who likes pimientoe cheese, wants this recipe. It's a keeper!

    8 oz blocks extra sharp cheddar cheese (shreaded)
  •   1
    8 oz block monteray jack with peppers (shreaded)
  •   1 1/2 c
  •   1
    4 oz jar diced pimientoes (drained)
  •   2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce

How To Make

  • 1
    Mix together. NOTE: If you really like a spicy pimientoe cheese, you can add 1 4.5 can chopped green chilies and cut back to 1 cup of mayonnaise.
