I haven't shared this recipe with many people...however, every get together I go to that includes food (most all of them) I am asked to make this. Even for birthdays for friends this is what they ask for instead of a normal gift, Try it, see what you think. Linda

Ingredients
- 1 brick - colby cheese, shredded (not too fine)
- 1 brick - monterey jack cheese, shredded ( not too fine)
- 1-2 cup (hellmann's)mayonnaise,( more if needed)
- 1-2 jar large jar chopped pimentos drained
- - 1/2 small jar of sweet pickle relish, around 4 heaping tablespoons
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons chives, dried
- 4 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- teaspoon ( optional) any dried hot pepper or jalapenos (if hot is desired)
- - (optional) dash of garlic powder
- I NEVER MEASURE, BUT THIS IS CLOSE.. YOU HAVE MY PERMISSION TO TWEEK IT
How To Make pimento cheese

Step 1Throw all together in large bowl and mix with clean hands, try a little less mayo to begin with and squeeze out pickle juice before adding to bowl. Have fun !!!
