How to Make MY SPECIAL BLEU CHEESE BUTTER
- Mix all with mixer, or by hand if necessary.
- Form into logs on plastic wrap. Wrap tightly & refrigerate for 2 hours or more before serving.
- This is good on top of steaks or as an appetizer on crackers or on fresh hot rolls.
- Note: I keep one log out in fridge & vacuum pack & freeze the others for future use.
