my special bleu cheese butter
I cooked in a steak restaurant /bar & came across this recipe in a cookbook (I've modified it) & thought it would be good on the steaks. It was well received.

Ingredients
- 2 cups crumbled bleu cheese
- 1 cup real butter, softened
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 - green onions, chopped fine
- 6 - slices cooked bacon, crumbled
How To Make my special bleu cheese butter

Step 1Mix all with mixer, or by hand if necessary.

Step 2Form into logs on plastic wrap. Wrap tightly & refrigerate for 2 hours or more before serving.

Step 3This is good on top of steaks or as an appetizer on crackers or on fresh hot rolls.

Step 4Note: I keep one log out in fridge & vacuum pack & freeze the others for future use.
