- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, softened or melted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons maple butter, maple sugar, (raw) honey, raw sugar, coconut sugar, etc.
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla paste

Step 1Place all ingredients in a prep bowl and mix together well. Good spread on crackers, bread, apple slices, celery sticks, bananas, etc.
