Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, softened or melted
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons maple butter, maple sugar, (raw) honey, raw sugar, coconut sugar, etc.
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla paste

How To Make peanut butter & chia spread

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients in a prep bowl and mix together well. Good spread on crackers, bread, apple slices, celery sticks, bananas, etc.
