1(1) COMBINE pumpkin,apple juice spices in a large saucepan;Stir well.Bring mixture to a boil.Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until thickened.
2STIR frequently .ADJUST spices to taste.STIR lemon juice,or more to taste.
3(2) Once cool, pumpkin butter can be kept into a hot,hot jar ,filling to within 1/4 inch from the top .
REMOVE air bubble; wipe jar rims.Cover @ once with metal lids, and screw on bands.PROCESS in boiling water bath for about 10 minutes.
