I am the one who makes most of the desserts for our family dinners.I found this recipe somewhere and decided to try it.Everyone loved it.

Ingredients

4 - large egg whites
2 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
4 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 cup orange juice, fresh
2 tablespoons grated orange peel

How To Make orange mountain frosting

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler and blend.Place over boiling water and beat with electric mixer until frosting holds it's shape,when the mixer is lifted.Remove from heat and continue beating until mixture is of the right consistency to frost a cake.
