My own recipe for Home Made Mustard

Doreen Fish

I really don't care for store bought mustards or condiments. Although I do use some for cooking,I prefer my own when making a ham sandwich and this is very hot and spicy just the way a good mustard should this on hotdogs and hamburgers too!!!

  1. With this recipe the important thing to remember is equal amounts of sugar, flour and mustard powder.
Mix with turmeric to taste and enough vinegar to mix into a spreadable paste.
Store in ajar and let sit for a day or so to mingle flavors. No need to refrigerate.
  2. This is delicious!!!
