my own recipe for home made mustard
I really don't care for store bought mustards or condiments. Although I do use some for cooking,I prefer my own when making a ham sandwich and this is very hot and spicy just the way a good mustard should be...love this on hotdogs and hamburgers too!!!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup dry mustard powder
- 2 teaspoons mustard seed
- 1 tablespoon turmeric, ground (or to taste)
- - white vinegar
How To Make my own recipe for home made mustard

Step 1With this recipe the important thing to remember is equal amounts of sugar, flour and mustard powder. Mix with turmeric to taste and enough vinegar to mix into a spreadable paste. Store in ajar and let sit for a day or so to mingle flavors. No need to refrigerate.
