okay all you fish lovers, here is my version of tartar sauce. i am from wisconsin, now in arizona, but always so disappointed in restaurant tartar sauce. actually pretty sad, no flavor. so i came up with my own. PLEASE ENJOY! also feel free to add or cut down on the amount of relish or onion. i happen to like more relish and onion.

sweet pickle relish
softened minced onion
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make
soften minced onion in a little water,drain leftover water if necessary.
put mayo in bowl, add softened onion, and all other ingredients, mix well. can serve right away.
