mustard sauce

I believe this recipe was with a steak recipe but my husband and I thought it would be fantastic with Corned Beef---and it is!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

How To Make mustard sauce

  • Step 1
    In a small bowl, combine all ingredients whisking well.
  • Step 2
    Serve over corned beef, use in a sandwich, on ham, or with steak.
  • Step 3
    Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
