I believe this recipe was with a steak recipe but my husband and I thought it would be fantastic with Corned Beef---and it is!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon-style mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp
    chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    freshly ground black pepper

How to Make Mustard Sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients whisking well.
  2. Serve over corned beef, use in a sandwich, on ham, or with steak.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
