Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup green onions, minced
- 1/3 cup celery, minced
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 5 - drops of hot sauce
How To Make mustard butter

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, and stir well with a wire whisk.

Step 2Shape butter mixture into a ball, and chill until firm.

Step 3Let butter soften slightly before serving. Serve as a spread for sandwiches.
