My mother made this every Christmas and New Year's Eve. There are no real measurements for this recipe. It's made according to your taste. It is very easy and so delicious. Great served on a pretty plate with good butter crackers.

Ingredients For mom's chipped beef cheese ball

1 pkgcream cheese, softened

1 pkgdried chipped beef

1 Tbsphorseradish, more or less according to taste
How To Make mom's chipped beef cheese ball

1Put chipped beef in a blender and blend into fine pieces.

2Put softened cream cheese in a bowl and add the horseradish, according to your taste. Add some of the chipped beef, mixing it by hand through the cheese.

3Form cheese into a ball and roll into remaining chipped beef. Put in center of a pretty dish and surround with good crackers or raw vegetables, if preferred.
