Ingredients
- 1 - chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 - cooked hard boiled eggs
- 2/3 pound steamed liver
- 1/3 cup cream
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make liver sandwich spread

Step 1Steam the liver for 25 minutes in a tightly covered pan.

Step 2Cool and put the liver through a meat grinder. I just pulsed it a few times in the food processor. Mince eggs.

Step 3Brown the onions in melted butter. Mix all ingredients together, season with salt and pepper.

Step 4Store in the fridge in an air tight container until ready to use.

Step 5Spread on bread or toast.
