- 8 oz - shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz - shedded pepper jack cheese
- 1 cup - mayonnaise
- 1 - med chopped jar pimentos
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

Step 1Cream the mayo and cream cheese with electric mixer until well blended.

Step 2Add the rest of ingredients and mix well. Salt to taste.

Step 3You may want to add more mayo if you like. Depending on how creamy you like your pemento cheese. I put it on Town House crackers as a spread. It is sooo good. I hope you enjoy as my family and I do.
