Ingredients

  • 6 oz - softened cream cheese
  • 8 oz - shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz - shedded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup - mayonnaise
  • 1 - med chopped jar pimentos
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • - salt to taste

How To Make linda's homemade pimento cheese

  • Step 1
    Cream the mayo and cream cheese with electric mixer until well blended.
  • Step 2
    Add the rest of ingredients and mix well. Salt to taste.
  • Step 3
    You may want to add more mayo if you like. Depending on how creamy you like your pemento cheese. I put it on Town House crackers as a spread. It is sooo good. I hope you enjoy as my family and I do.
