    fresh sage, finely chopped or 3 t. dried sage
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    plus 1 t. lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    pepper (i use fresh cracked pepper)

  1. Whisk together all ingredients; cover with airtight lid and chill. Makes about 2 cups
