- 2 teaspoons lemon rind, grated
- 1 teaspoon finely minced fresh parsley leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon minced chives
- 1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon

Step 1Cream the butter thoroughly, then add the lemon juice drop to drop, beating continuously
