    big lemons
  • ·
    lemon zest from 2 or 3 lemons
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1 lb
    sugar

How to Make Lemon Butter

Step-by-Step

  1. Use a mixer to beat eggs and sugar.
  2. Place mix in a sacepan with butter, the zest and juice from the lemons.
  3. Cook on low until thick.
  4. Let cool. Then keep in the fridge.
