I use roasted garlic in many of my dishes, as I like the sweetness of the garlic once it is roasted. Some people will let it get darker, but I prefer to just take it to the golden brown stage.

  • - garlic
  • - olive oil, extra virgin

How To Make how to roast garlic “ my method “

  • Step 1
    Line a pan with foil
  • Step 2
    Do not remove the skins from the garlic
  • Step 3
    Cut the garlic in half, don’t worry is some of the bulbs fall out just throw them in also.
  • Step 4
    I brush a teeny tiny bit “ you can not see it “ of olive oil on the tops, if you put too much on the garlic; the bottoms of the garlic will burn.
  • Step 5
    Fold over the foil and cover with a lid
  • Step 6
    Roast in a hot oven 375 for at least 1 hour or till the garlic turns slightly browned.
  • Step 7
    Cool, and then put them in a mason jar and refrigerate.
