I use roasted garlic in many of my dishes, as I like the sweetness of the garlic once it is roasted.

Some people will let it get darker, but I prefer to just take it to the golden brown stage.

olive oil, extra virgin


1Line a pan with foil
2Do not remove the skins from the garlic
3Cut the garlic in half, don’t worry is some of the bulbs fall out just throw them in also.
4I brush a teeny tiny bit “ you can not see it “ of olive oil on the tops, if you put too much on the garlic; the bottoms of the garlic will burn.
5Fold over the foil and cover with a lid
6Roast in a hot oven 375 for at least 1 hour or till the garlic turns slightly browned.
7Cool, and then put them in a mason jar and refrigerate.
