I use roasted garlic in many of my dishes, as I like the sweetness of the garlic once it is roasted.

Some people will let it get darker, but I prefer to just take it to the golden brown stage.

  • 1Line a pan with foil
  • 2Do not remove the skins from the garlic
  • 3Cut the garlic in half, don’t worry is some of the bulbs fall out just throw them in also.
  • 4I brush a teeny tiny bit “ you can not see it “ of olive oil on the tops, if you put too much on the garlic; the bottoms of the garlic will burn.
  • 5Fold over the foil and cover with a lid
  • 6Roast in a hot oven 375 for at least 1 hour or till the garlic turns slightly browned.
  • 7Cool, and then put them in a mason jar and refrigerate.
