- 1 quart apple cider vinegar

Step 1GRIND THE PEPPERS. YOU MANY USE DIFFERENT KINDS OF PEPPERS.

Step 2MIX WITH SUGAR, SALT, MUSTARD, AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR.

Step 3BOIL FOR 15 MINUTES.

Step 4MIX FLOUR AND WATER TOGETHER, THEN SLOWLY ADD TO ABOVE MIX.

Step 5BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES STIRRING OFTEN.

Step 6PUT INTO JARS, ADJUST LIDS AND LET THEM SET. THEY SEAL AS THEY COOL. THIS IS VERY GOOD!!
