This is a great dip that can be fixed in the microwave. I've fixed this numerous times for parties that I've given. Enjoy!

  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    (14-oz) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    (4-oz) chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1
    garlic clove
  • 2 Tbsp
    sliced green onions
  • 2 Tbsp
    seeded, chopped tomato

How to Make Hot Artichoke Spread


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients except onions and tomatoes until well blended.
  3. Spoon into shallow ovenproof dish or 9" pie plate
  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes. Serve with toasted bread cutouts.
