hot artichoke spread
This is a great dip that can be fixed in the microwave. I've fixed this numerous times for parties that I've given. Enjoy!

Makes 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 can (14-oz) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1 can (4-oz) chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 - garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons seeded, chopped tomato
How To Make hot artichoke spread

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Mix all ingredients except onions and tomatoes until well blended.

Step 3Spoon into shallow ovenproof dish or 9" pie plate

Step 4Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes. Serve with toasted bread cutouts.
