I strongly recommend adding the honey in slowly, and tasting as you go. This recipe is all based on personal preference. Some people love it with more honey, some people love it with more butter, but most people love it "as is." Adjust it to fit YOUR taste buds!
This will keep, in the refrigerator, for a month or more. I store mine in little margarine tubs.
