homemade whipped cream

I've made this many times and it always comes out perfectly! I've seen many recipes for whipped cream that make the process sound so difficult...but its not! The first time I tried this I used an electric hand mixer, instead of whisking by hand, to beat the heavy cream, and it worked perfectly! This can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for at least 24 hours before serving. I've used this as a topping for pies and cakes and even as a dip for fresh strawberries...as you can see in my photo.
