Homemade Whipped Cream
I've used this as a topping for pies and cakes and even as a dip for fresh strawberries...as you can see in my photo.
- 1 c
- heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp
- confectioners' sugar (powdered sugar)
- 1 tsp
How to Make Homemade Whipped Cream
- 1Beat chilled cream with electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- 2Blend in sugar and vanilla and beat until stiff peaks form.
- 3Thats it! Very easy and so much better than canned whipped cream!
