  • 2
    eggs-large organic eggs preferred
  • 1 tsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/2
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper ground- or black
  • 1 dash(es)
    tabasco sauce
  • 1 dash(es)
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil

How to Make Homemade Mayonnaise


  1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT oil in a bowl. blend with a wisk, or in blender.
  2. Add oil very gradually in a thin stream, whisking constantly. ( using blender is better )
  3. adjust seasoning to taste and refrigerate, lasts for 1 week in fridge
