Ingredients
- 2 - eggs-large organic eggs preferred
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 - lemon juice, fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper ground- or black
- 1 dash tabasco sauce
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup vegetable oil
How To Make homemade mayonnaise

Step 1Combine all ingredients EXCEPT oil in a bowl. blend with a wisk, or in blender.

Step 2Add oil very gradually in a thin stream, whisking constantly. ( using blender is better )

Step 3adjust seasoning to taste and refrigerate, lasts for 1 week in fridge
