a homemade recipe for Mayo from my friend Joyce.

Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs-large organic eggs preferred
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 - lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper ground- or black
  • 1 dash tabasco sauce
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

How To Make homemade mayonnaise

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients EXCEPT oil in a bowl. blend with a wisk, or in blender.
  • Step 2
    Add oil very gradually in a thin stream, whisking constantly. ( using blender is better )
  • Step 3
    adjust seasoning to taste and refrigerate, lasts for 1 week in fridge
