We all have run out of a condiment a time or two when we didnt realize we needed to buy more.... Well here is a recipe to make Mayo in a pinch.... If the flavor isnt to your liking, adjust the ingredients til it is! Have fun and happy spreading.....

Ingredients

  • 2
    egg yolks
  • lrg 1 c
    of sugar mixed with 2 tbsp. of flour
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 c
    cream ( sour or sweet )
  • 2 c
    weakened vinegar
  • ·
    salt to taste

How to Make HomeMade Mayonnaise in a Pinch...!

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook gently, stirring all the time. Cool and store with jar. Should not be too thick!
  2. Can add various other things to make a designer mayo with a different flavor. Use your imagination!!! Enjoy!
