- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 to 1 1/2 - heaping tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 - whole egg, plus 1 egg yolk
- 4 dashes tabasco
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- - juice from 1 lemon
How To Make homemade mayonnaise

Step 1Combine first 5 ingredients in food processor or blender.

Step 2Blend for 45 seconds to 1 minute.

Step 3Gradually add oil with food processor on high until mixture thickens.

Step 4When thick, turn off.

Step 5Add lemon juice.

Step 6Mix well.
