Ingredients
- l pound velvett cheese
- 1 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 med. jar pimentos
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
How To Make home made pimento cheese

Step 1Let cheeses get to room temperature

Step 2Mix cheeses with electric mixer.

Step 3Add pimentos to cheeses and mix by hand.

Step 4Melt Butter

Step 5Add sugar and vinegar to melted butter.

Step 6Pour melted butter, sugar and vinegar to cheeses mixture.

Step 7Mix real good by hand and refrigerate.
