herb mayonnaise

This is not homemade Mayonnaise, however, it is herbed, and with ingredients that look quite delicious. I am posting it since I saw a request that was posted for fresh mayonnaise, and I found this one in my Culinary Recipe Book. I have not tried it yet, but I am sure it is a great one coming from our Professor's Personal Cookbook. She had one made for every student each rotation, and it was very generous of her since she did not have to give them to us.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces mayonnaise
- 4 ounces spinach, fresh, chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onions, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons tarragon, leaves, fresh
- 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
- 1/2 t teaspoon salt
- 1/2 t teaspoon white pepper
