- 1 stick room temp butter
- 1 tablespoon chives, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon summer savory dried herbs
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon leaves
- dash sea salt to taste
- bottle black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon dijon-style mustard

Step 1Mix all ingredients to gather , roll back into a log . wrap the butter in platic wrap and place in the freezer until butter is firm.
