Heavenly Seven Minute Frosting

Megan Berg

Light and fluffy, it's as if you're eating a cake topped with a cloud plucked right from the heavens! It's marshmallow-like without being too overwhelmingly sweet, and it's especially delicious on top of a chocolate cake, a la my father's favorite!

NOTE: It's important to not over-beat or under-beat the mixture for this frosting. It can become grainy from the sugar otherwise.
