How To Make ham spread
-
Step 1take leftover ham cut into big chunks, place in a food processor and chop into fine pieces. Remove from processor and place into a tupperware bowl.
-
Step 2Add mayo to your own liking (as you would for tuna salad) and mix well. If you like you can add a little pepper and salt to taste, maybe even garlic salt or powder, use your own judgement.
-
Step 3If you have a large amount of ham left (as I usually do), chop up that ham and place in a airtight container and place into your freezer till you are ready to use. (preferably within 2 months of placing in freezer.) When ready to use thaw and mix mayo into ham or keep on had for omelets.
