ham it up spread

Ingredients
- 3 cups cubed ham
- 4 - scallions, white part and a bit of the green, chopped
- 2 - sweet gerkins
- 1 tablespoon heaping, of pickled jalapenos slices
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2- 2/3 teaspoons pepper
How To Make ham it up spread

Step 1Place everything in a food processor with not quite all the mayo and pulse until it is pebbly size and encorporated. Add more mayo just to bind. Taste and adjust as you wish.

Step 2The point is to get away from the salty, heavy mayo and cloying sweetness. If you like more of this, then obviously add more sweet pickles and mayo. I stayed away from the dill pickles because of the salt.
