easy, tasty pupu made with deviled ham. Make it the day before party, refrigerate overnight. Next day just spread on cute little bread slices.

butter or margarine
1/4 lb
mushrooms, coarsely chopped
2 can(s)
underwood deviled ham (4-1/2 oz each)
1 pkg
cream cheese ( 3-oz)
party bread slices (i prefer rye)

How to Make Ham and Mushroom Pate


  • 1Melt butter in a skillet and saute mushrooms over medium heat till soft.
  • 2In bowl combine deviled ham and cream cheese; blend well. Stir in sauteed mushrooms. Cover and chill overnight.
  • 3Spread on party bread slices and plate.
    Garnish with tiny parsley sprigs or finely chopped green onion, if you like, just for color.
