How to Make Ham and Mushroom Pate
- Melt butter in a skillet and saute mushrooms over medium heat till soft.
- In bowl combine deviled ham and cream cheese; blend well. Stir in sauteed mushrooms. Cover and chill overnight.
- Spread on party bread slices and plate.
Garnish with tiny parsley sprigs or finely chopped green onion, if you like, just for color.
