i've always like pimemto cheese spread for sandwiches and on crackers ect.... so thought i'd share this one. u can make as much as u want and its cheaper to make it than to buy it already made up.

1 bag shreded chedder cheese.

1 large jar diced sweet pimentoes with juice.

about a cup of mayo not lite or enough to make it creamy

i also add a few tabsp of sour cream

1in large bowl combine all ingredients. blend well.

2pour into air tight container and put in fridg. or just go ahead and make sandwhiches and enjoy.
