·5oz jar ragu yellow cheese

·4-5 tabsp sour cream

·garnish with paprika

- combine all ingredients [except paprika] in bowl. blend well.
- pour into airtight containers. this is a make ahead. serve next day for fuller flavor.
- garnish just before serving.
