its that time of year where we are invited to a gathering and to bring something to share. what easier to fix and take but a nice cheese spread. and of course a variety of crackers. trust me you will take home an empty tray with this. enjoy this cheese spread.

- 1/2 cup mayo not lite
- 6oz jar ragu yellow cheese
- 2 teasp. drained red pimentoes

Step 1

combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. blend well.

Step 2

pour into air tight containers. this is a make ahead. serve the next day for fuller flavor
