I use this frosting on Sheath Cocoa Cake (recently posted). I also use the same recipe without the cocoa for a vanilla sauce poured over bread pudding.

How To Make
Sift dry ingredients into saucepan.
Add water, butter, vanilla and coffee.
Heat on medium heat until sauce thickens, stirring constantly.
Spread on cake or bread pudding (leave out the cocoa for bread pudding) while both cake and frosting are still warm.
