Spoonfuls are like gift in a jars only with spoons. This one tastes like a ginger snap in a spread.

Gift Basket Idea's

Gingersnap spoonful with 8 oz cream cheese, a box of ginger snaps and a few apples in a decorated basket

1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
ground ginger
1/4 tsp
freshly grated nutmeg


1Mix all together in a small bowl and put in plastic wrap and attach to a spoon, decorate and add a tag saying.
2Gingersnap Cheeseball

Needed Items:
1 (8oz) pk cream cheese
Cookies or fruit

Remove decorated wraping from spoon leaving the spoon with the mix still attached. Set aside.

Put the cream cheese in a Bowl to soften at room temperature. Holding the spoon over the softened cream cheese, clip the edge and allow the mix to fall over the cream cheese. Mix very well, shape into a ball and serve with gingersnaps or fresh fruit.
