Ingredients For ginger peach butter
16 ozbag frozen peaches thawed and chopped
1 tsplemon juice
1/2 tspeach ground cinnamon, and ginger
1 tspquick cooking tapioca
How To Make ginger peach butter
1Spray a 4 qt slow cooking with cooking spray. Add the peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and ginger. Mix well.
2Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Stir in the tapioca and cook another 60 minutes.
3Let cool to room temp and store in fridge.
