Ingredients
- 16 ounces bag frozen peaches thawed and chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon each ground cinnamon, and ginger
- 1 teaspoon quick cooking tapioca
How To Make ginger peach butter

Step 1Spray a 4 qt slow cooking with cooking spray. Add the peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and ginger. Mix well.

Step 2Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Stir in the tapioca and cook another 60 minutes.

Step 3Let cool to room temp and store in fridge.
