Ingredients

  • 16 ounces bag frozen peaches thawed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon each ground cinnamon, and ginger
  • 1 teaspoon quick cooking tapioca

How To Make ginger peach butter

  • Step 1
    Spray a 4 qt slow cooking with cooking spray. Add the peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and ginger. Mix well.
  • Step 2
    Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Stir in the tapioca and cook another 60 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Let cool to room temp and store in fridge.
