This is great just to use on bagels or as a dip, but my favorite use if for my delicious herb-garlic veggie sandwich! Check it out in my recipe box!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces container of plain cream cheese
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic (3 cloves if you are going fresh)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

How To Make garlic herb cream cheese spread

  • Step 1
    Remove lid from cream cheese and soften in microwave, about 20-30 seconds. Save the container.
  • Step 2
    Put in medium mixing bowl and whisk in milk until creamy.
  • Step 3
    Stir in the rest of the ingredients until well mixed, making sure to scrape any stray ingredients from side of bowl.
  • Step 4
    Put mixture back in the container (if you bought a stick of cream cheese just use a tupperware container with lid). Close and refrigerate at least an hour to let harden and to let flavors soak in.
