I stumbled on this recipe after I bought a box of old cookbooks at a garage sale. It was handwritten and barely legible. I can not give credit where it is due. But I can tell you that this is a great recipe to top off the homemade bread you just made.

How To Make
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl by hand or use your stand mixer.
Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate. I use a wide mouth mason jar(s). I also use single serving (1 oz) plastic cups w/lids if I'm on the move.
The butter can be remelted and used as a dipper for bread sticks.
