- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
How To Make garlic and herb compound butter

Step 1Chop herbs. Mince the garlic. Squeeze lemon juice.

Step 2In a medium bowl, with a spoon mix the butter, herbs, garlic, and lemon.

Step 3On a piece of parchment paper, form the butter into a log shape.

Step 4Roll up the parchment paper to help shape the log.

Step 5Cut off the excess parchment paper and place butter in a resealable bag.

Step 6Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
