    lemon juice, fresh

How To Make garlic and herb compound butter

    Chop herbs. Mince the garlic. Squeeze lemon juice.

    In a medium bowl, with a spoon mix the butter, herbs, garlic, and lemon.

    On a piece of parchment paper, form the butter into a log shape.
