Ingredients
- 1 - egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon garlic, diced

Step 1NOTE: All ingredients should be room temp. Blend in a food processor except the oil for about 1 min. Then slowly-very slowly!- add the oil in a stream and continue to process until creamy and smooth.

Step 2Adjust seasonings as needed and feel free to add a pinch of cayenne or some chopped nuts. Doesn't store as long as store bought mayo, but a much healthier- preservative free-version!
