    egg yolk
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic, diced
  • ·
    pinch of salt
  • 1/3 tsp
    freshly ground pepper
  • 1 c
    olive oil, extra virgin

How to Make Fresh Garlic & Herb Mayonnaise


  1. NOTE: All ingredients should be room temp. Blend
    in a food processor except the oil for about 1 min.
    Then slowly-very slowly!- add the oil in a stream and continue to process until creamy and smooth.
  2. Adjust seasonings as needed and feel free to add a pinch of cayenne or some chopped nuts.
    Doesn't store as long as store bought mayo, but a much healthier- preservative free-version!
