egg yolk
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 Tbsp
garlic, diced
pinch of salt
1/3 tsp
freshly ground pepper
1 c
olive oil, extra virgin

How to Make Fresh Garlic & Herb Mayonnaise


  • 1NOTE: All ingredients should be room temp. Blend
    in a food processor except the oil for about 1 min.
    Then slowly-very slowly!- add the oil in a stream and continue to process until creamy and smooth.
  • 2Adjust seasonings as needed and feel free to add a pinch of cayenne or some chopped nuts.
    Doesn't store as long as store bought mayo, but a much healthier- preservative free-version!
