Ingredients For enhanced mustard
1/2 cdijon mustard - the cheap kind is fine
2 Tbsppitted kalamata olives, minced or pureed
2 Tbspfinely minced chives, or green onion tops
1 1/2 Tbspdrained capers, minced, or sour pickles
1 Tbsppickled jalapeños or other peppers, minced
2 tsppickle or olive juice or seasoned vinegar
How To Make enhanced mustard
1Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Adjust seasonings to taste. If it seems too chunky, zip it with an immersible blender.
2Cover and store in the refrigerator.
