Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard - the cheap kind is fine
  • 2 tablespoons pitted kalamata olives, minced or pureed
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced chives, or green onion tops
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons drained capers, minced, or sour pickles
  • 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeños or other peppers, minced
  • 2 teaspoons pickle or olive juice or seasoned vinegar

How To Make enhanced mustard

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Adjust seasonings to taste. If it seems too chunky, zip it with an immersible blender.
  • Step 2
    Cover and store in the refrigerator.
