- 1/2 cup dijon mustard - the cheap kind is fine
- 2 tablespoons pitted kalamata olives, minced or pureed
- 2 tablespoons finely minced chives, or green onion tops
- 1 1/2 tablespoons drained capers, minced, or sour pickles
- 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeños or other peppers, minced
- 2 teaspoons pickle or olive juice or seasoned vinegar
How To Make enhanced mustard

Step 1Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Adjust seasonings to taste. If it seems too chunky, zip it with an immersible blender.
