EASY CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

1 - 8 oz.
cream cheese, room temperature
salted butter, softened (1/2 cup or 8 tablespoons)
pure vanilla extract
confectioners sugar (16 oz. or 1 lb.)
How to Make EASY CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1Using an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth and well combined, scraping down sides of bowl several times.
2Add 1 teaspoon vanilla; add confectioners sugar, one cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
3Beat until smooth and creamy, scraping sides of bowl down several times.
4Generously frosts a 9"X13" cake, 12 cupcakes or one 2 or 3 layer cake. Great on cinnamon rolls, too!
