I love the combination of sharp cheddar and beer. While making a new pimento cheese recipe the other day ( and enjoying a cold one) I thought, "why not?" , and added a few splashes of my beer in place of the mayo. Turned out to be a great decision. Very tasty!

Ingredients

4 oz
cream cheese ( light is fine)
4 Tbsp
mayonnaise (light is fine)
8 oz
sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 jar(s)
pimentos, drained (sm jar)
3 clove
garlic, minced
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
4 dash(es)
texas pete hot sauce
1/8 c
beer

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
2Chill
3Serve on bread as sandwiches or on crackers.
