I love the combination of sharp cheddar and beer. While making a new pimento cheese recipe the other day ( and enjoying a cold one) I thought, "why not?" , and added a few splashes of my beer in place of the mayo. Turned out to be a great decision. Very tasty!

Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese ( light is fine)
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise (light is fine)
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 jar pimentos, drained (sm jar)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 4 dashes texas pete hot sauce
- 1/8 cup beer
