I am required to make this at family functions! This is a great cheese ball to graze on!

Ingredients

2- 8 ounces cream cheese
1 jar (small jar) dried beef, coarsely chopped (or 1 pkg.)
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 tablespoon horseradish
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

How To Make dried beef ball

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and shape into a ball.

Step 2

Best served with crackers. This also does well as leftovers.
