Ingredients
- 2 cups dry white wine
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 - cloves minced fresh garlic
- 4 ounces dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 - drops hot sauce
How To Make dijon mustard

Step 1Combine wine, onion and garlic.

Step 2Heat to boiling.

Step 3Lower heat and simmer 5 minutes.

Step 4Pour mixture into bowl and cool.

Step 5Strain wine mixture into dry mustard in a small saucepan, beating until very smooth.

Step 6Add remaining ingredients.

Step 7Heat slowly, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.

Step 8Cool and pour into a non-metal container and cover.

Step 9Chill at least 2 days to blend flavors.
