How to Make Crock Pot Hummus
1Place chickpeas into crock pot with water and stir in baking soda. Cover and cook on low overnight (8 1/2 hours) or on high for 4 hours.
2Drain chickpeas and put into processor or blender with salt and garlic. Process 1/2 minute. Add tahini and process until smooth. Stir and scrap sides; add olive oil and lemon juice.
