How to Make Creme Fraiche (homemade)


  1. In a medium bowl, combine cream and buttermilk. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand at room temp. overnight. Store in refrig.
  2. Quick buttermilk: Combine 1 cup milk with 1tsp. lemon juice. Let stand 15 min until it starts to thicken.
