Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 6 tablespoons ap flour
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 2-3 tablespoons sweet onion, minced
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 dash white or black ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 - squirt lemon juice (if desired)
- 1 pinch onion powder (if desired)
- 1/2 cup frozen sno-peas
How To Make creamed tuna

Step 1In a medium pan over medium heat, combine margarine, flour and onion to create a paste. Allow to cook until margarine is melted and begins to brown.

Step 2Add the milk and sour cream, heat until bloiling and thick.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients and serve over buttered toast.
